A total of 112 distinctions were awarded at the Levels 5** and 5*. The cumulative total of distinctions at Levels 5**, 5*, and 5 reached a monumental 270, reflecting widespread excellence throughout the cohort. 90% of our students reached ‘332A’ in the four core subjects (Chinese Language, English Language, Mathematics and Citizenship and Social Development), standing out from the average performance of all candidates in Hong Kong.

It cannot be calculated from the data in the table as the number of student attending each elective is not the same.
It should be calculated as total 5* and 5** divided by the total attempts for all the subjects.

Spcc 通常冇咁快有。遲啲會有school profile 出5*or above 嘅表for all subjects.

Dear Parents, Students, and Esteemed Teachers,

The release of this year's Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) results marks a moment of reflection and pride for our school community. While this year's outcomes present some challenges compared to previous years, I'm proud to share that 85% of our 120 students sitting for HKDSE 2025 have achieved the university entrance requirement of 332A in the 4 Core subjects and 2 Electives at Level 2 or above —a testament to their hard work and the support they've received.

Highlights of This Year's Results:

Despite a more demanding examination landscape, several subjects delivered outstanding performances, with our students surpassing the Hong Kong day-school averages. The top 5 subjects with the highest percentage of Level 4 or above grades are:

These results reflect the hard work of our students and the exceptional guidance of our teachers, particularly in STEM and English.

Across our broader curriculum, multiple subjects surpassed territory-wide averages, including Chinese, BAFS, Geography, HMSC, History, Literature in English, Mathematics M2, and Physics. These results demonstrate balanced achievement beyond our top-performing disciplines.

A special mention goes to HMSC, where our students achieved 47.1% at ≥% Level 4, which was more than double Hong Kong's 19% average. This outstanding result in a challenging subject highlights their remarkable dedication.

Yeah, got it. Thanks! It seems nice to me. Officially, students with 5* or above make up the top 40% of 5, but the school has significantly more high achievers—perhaps it's common for B1a schools. The credit rate of 77% looks good too.

UCCKE 呢個問題存在已久﹐其實係老師問題?

不過似乎5+ 英文進步了

我認為UCCKE既問題是冇一條龍小學部學生幫佢打響名堂。
未有一條龍學生考DSE時，當年既培僑，港同，英華，SPC都是突破唔到。

SJC今年DSE有機會拿男三，前面是皇仁及SPB，是否第三名要睇埋英華。

除了spcc和DGS外長年穩守1,2外，皇仁都穩定有頭5,所有學校都會突然一年好成績，這只是突然有一屆學生較生性，並不代表學校穩定有好成績

SJC 5*百分比是高既，SPB 冇公佈整體科目5* 百分比，所以不能比較。
而SPB core 3 5+ 47.7%，整體5+ 52.9%，整體4+ 85.3%都比SJC為高。
皇仁暫時未見資料。
LS從上年起已經唔公佈DSE成績，所以不作排名。

Congratulations to Our Outstanding Students in HKDSE Exam 2025!

112 students sat for the HKDSE Exam this year, and they have achieved very pleasing results.  Our students achieved a distinction rate (5* or above) and a credit rate (4 or above) of 29.6% and 77.3% respectively in all subjects.  The top performer scored top marks of 5** in six subjects.  Congratulations to all S6 graduates whose diligence and perseverance finally paid off !

有公佈5*+ 資訊的學校不太多，建議還是以5+作為比較。如果是5+的話，SJC 大概多少？

The number of very top scorers (5** x 4 or above) are indeed less than last year but many top students this year can get one or two 5** + multiple 5*.  Such result should be good enough for most of the popular programmes like Medicine, GBus, Law and Physiotherapy other than the super competitive MBChB GPS and MBBS DMS .

So happy for the boys!
